Greg Larson
President & CEO

As President and CEO of AILCO, Greg is accountable for all aspects of strategy, product development, systems, and financial results. Prior to AILCO Greg was a commercial banking executive for most of his career. The most immediate of his 35 years of commercial experience was as Director of Commercial Banking at Bank Mutual, a $3 billion publicly-traded bank. He was also a commercial banking executive at Associated Bank for over 20 years.

Susan Averbeck
Accounting Manager
Susan is responsible for managing the day to day accounting and sales and property tax work for AILCO Equipment Finance Group. Her background includes experience in the fields of public accounting, healthcare accounting and executive experience in the broadcast software industry.

Susan is a Bachelor of Business Administration graduate of Lakeland College where she majored in Accounting.

Marty Dickson
Business Development

Marty brings in over 35 years of experience of equipment finance and leasing sales. He maintains a broad network of account relationships that includes vendors, end users and a variety of financial partners. Marty comes to Ailco from the banking industry where he worked in a variety of industry specific positions.

Marty is a graduate of Northern Illinois University with a BA in Finance and received a MBA from Illinois Institute of Technology.

Lee Fischer

Lee serves as Treasurer of AILCO Equipment Finance Group and provides accounting, tax and reporting direction for the company.

In addition to his duties with AILCO Lee serves a similar role for Elkin Operations LLC, the parent company of AILCO, as well various other Elkin related entities. Lee’s involvement with the Elkin group of companies dates back to 1984.

Mr. Fischer is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and received his CPA certification in 1978.

Tom Rude
Senior Vice President, Business Development

Tom brings over 38 years of experience in the equipment finance and leasing industry, working with a broad network of relationships with end user companies, equipment vendors, and other financial partners. Tom comes to AILCO with prior experience with independent equipment finance companies, and the most recent 20+ years working in the Wisconsin bank-affiliated equipment finance industry.

Tom graduated with a BBA in Business Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater in May 1981, serves as the President of the Wisconsin Association of Equipment Lessors, and is very active in his local community.

Mark Sorensen
Senior Vice President, Credit and Operations

Mark joined the company in 2012 and his scope of responsibility includes credit review, collections and equipment management and the documentation of all AILCO transactions.

Prior to joining AILCO, Mark brings 25 years of experience in banking, equipment finance (19 years with M&I Equipment Finance) and insurance agency ownership.  He is a Bachelor of Business Administration graduate of the University of Wisconsin Milwaukee.

Mick Uzendoski
Regional Sales Manager

Mick is responsible for developing business opportunities with equipment end users, through vendor relationships and referrals from financial partners in the Minnesota and the Northwest Wisconsin marketplace.

He brings 30+ years of extensive experience in equipment financing, joining AILCO in January 2016 after 16+ years as Vice President/Sales Manager for Kraus-Anderson Capital.  He is a Bachelor of Business Administration graduate of the University of Nebraska Lincoln with an Accounting Major.
